Nowhere Hair

My addiction to design blogs does more than feed my habit. It also often leads me to other wonderful things, such as this beautiful book by Sue Glader. I read about "Nowhere Hair" on DesignMom and quickly ordered a copy for a friend whose wife recently lost her hair through breast cancer and chemo. Their kids had mixed reactions to mom being bald, just as the child narrator of "Nowhere Hair" does.

This lovely book is positive, and the illustrations by Edith Buenen are lively and fun. Author Sue Glader, who based the book on her own experiences, sounds lively and fun, too. "I got lemons. This is my margarita," says Glader. Find out more at http://www.nowherehair.com/. Cheers!
